Supergrass

British Pop is doing well and the latest sensation is called SUPERGRASS.
Not just England is aware of that, as even over here their debut-album 'I Should Coco' got positive reactions and landed on No 1 in the 'Moordlijst' (Independent sales hitlist in Holland - LHD), coming from out of nowhere. Singer Gaz Coombes (19) and drummer Danny Goffey (21) used to play in indie-popband 'The Jennifers', before they teramed up with bass-player Mickey Quinn (24) to start 'Supergrass'. The threesome from Oxford makes the kind of music that cheers you up, with a whole range of influences from 'The Beatles' to 'Mungo Jerry'.
