Hey My Wife Laura is from Brighton, and we have a flat in the 7 dials over there. She turned me on to the band. We live in LA, and both work in music. Wife got us two tix to Avalon in LA for VAlentines gift...we were blown away. As I said, I work in Music for a lot of big pop bands... but it's bands like Supergrass that keep me inspired, and excited about Music. You guys are so tight as a band, and I was really impressed with the passion, and it sounded great. Everyone in this band is extremely talented, friggin drumming blew me away, and the way Quinn locks.... bass and vocals!! if you can't tell guys, I was ROCKED. Gaz was perfect on Guitar, and for being sick, totally belted it out.... AWESOME. Finally, website is fantastic.... . I'll see ya down the road guys!!

I missed you guys opening for Radiohead at Shoreline because my friends couldn't get it together enough to figure out it takes a long to get there from San Francisco. That really pissed me off. I managed to see you guys at Bimbo's in SF a few year ago... I noticed that one of the audience members was the drummer for the Foo Fighters - ended up having a drink with that guy and talking music. He's a huge fan! Loves the drumming. He was comparing the drumming to a bunch of people I've heard of in passing - bunch of jazz drummers - which is really weird, because I'm a big jazz fan and keyboard player. That guy knows his s**t. Regardless, when are you coming to North Carolina? I'm sick of being in a musical void... moving from San Francisco has really cut down on my ingestion of live music

Sorry about my late as hell comentry here guys (like two years late; I've never participated in the site before now either) but here it is: Great seeing you at Amoeba records in November'04 I didn't have a chance to say anything at the autograph table but I think Mick remembered/recognised me still from two years back when I did make it to the autograph table and presentd you with an original handmade poster which i hope isn't compleately smeared away now -for memory purposes, the concept was of photographs being held by your hands and over your faces except for the eyes looking in all directions. I'm sure I'm the only person who's drawn Robert, you (gaz) was very excited about it while Mick said I did very well on Danny's face and draw very good eyes. Danny, well, I think I wanna get this into the open desp

Moving is one of the most touching songs I’ve heard. I hope that you’re not too cynical about it to not produce songs of this calibre again. I enjoy your other music but Moving was the song that touched me most. I used to –at a certain stage of my life- pull the car over and weep(!) over the sentiments of this song. Please don’t be afraid to touch on similar subjects or sentiments again. You obviously have a great ability to relate the ordinary person’s experience.

How does someone like me encourage you to produce music ‘from the heart’? I hope that you won’t see Moving as a “flash in the pan” but as something that was personal yet universal.
