Just seen Supergras live for the 1st time at one big sunday, the band shone above everyone else in what was a very average line-up. They didnt get the best reception but my mates have all now been converted into Supergrass fans!!!!! They played Moving, Grace and Richard III, the new single sounds great live and its a true Supergrass song. The old stuff sounds amazing too it just a shame they didn't do more, I was a bit suprised with the omision of both 'Alright' and 'Pumping on Your Stereo' but I wouldn't have replaced any of the tracks they did to fit them in. The Supergrass sign is so grovey, they had it on the big screen behind them for the entire performace - do you know where I can get hold of a poster with it on for my bedroom wall??

OH MY GOD!!! I'm listening to life on other planets!!! I've been counting down the days for a month. I love all the tracks, but I think my favourite is never done nothing like that before, it's so cool! I'll be listening to it all night, whilst doing my stupid tech project and english essay (lets hope it improves my grades). My house is buzzing with excitement, even my mum got excited because of life on other planets, she said it reminded her of the days when she loved T-Rex (I just think she's got crush on Gaz, oh dear!). I can't wait until Cambridge, I'm dragging some of my friends along, so if you see three, crazy teenaged girls, one brunette (that's me) and two blondes, that's us! 27 DAYS TO GO!You rock my world guys, luv Lauren.ps. those who think badminton is a gentle sport, you are so wrong!

Ok. Here's the deal. I'm not a mega huge Supergrass fan, I've never seen them live before, I don't own any albums, I think their singles are pretty good and their sideburns are pretty too. I'm going to Birmingham Academy tomorrow night. I'm not gonna lie to ya, I was sooo excited to be seeing the Libertines for the second time as they are f*@!&^g amazing, but, f*@! 'em right up the bracket cos they have pulled out. Shafted their fans at the last minute to record Later With Jools Holland instead. Now, I have much respect for the Jazzman Jools, but feel like crying very hard right now. So I just thought I'd write and vent my frustration at spending fifteen english pounds plus booking/con-man fee to go see a band I really wasn't that excited about. So, to sum up, I really need cheering up dudes! Please

I went to see the almighty SUPERGRASS on monday the 21st at Birmingham Academy. Superb!!!! They dripped with sweat at the end of the set - It was SO AMAZING!!! The new album went down well, and the oldies (such as 'pumping on your stereo', 'moving', etc...) were wicked, the crowed went mad, including the constant croud surfers. I'm guessing that by the look on Gaz, Mick, Danny and rob's faces that they enjoyed playing them too!!!! Also a very impressive performance by Rocket Science, I'd like to find out more about them!!Breath-taking!!!

I went to the Cambridge gig last night, it was the coolest thing ever!!! My dad grew side burns especially for the concert, he's so cool. My ears are still buzzing. I got right to the front, I was the brunette with pigtails. I got black bruses on my knees from the barrier. I loved the support bands! Supergrass were brillient as always! I thought Mick sung 'Evening of the day' brilliently. I could of sworn I saw Liv Tyler on one of the balconys, but it might of just been my crazy imagenation. I hope you do a concert at the U.E.A. next year, coz we love you over here in East Anglia.

I saw supergrass in Cardiff last friday with my mates Deano,Grant,Kifty and Claire and it was one of the best nights of my life. The night consisted of drink, drugs and a 32 year old woman who's name i can't remember! Caught by the fuzz and evening of the day were best. Can't wait to see them again!

Yesterday, I was browsing at the record store and came across a supergrass album that I didn't have. I pinched myself to make sure I wasn't dreaming, then I rubbed my eyes, and looked again...sure enough...supergrass that I didn't own. Awesome.

How come Supergrass never tours the States? I'm in school in Santa Cruz, CA, from LA originally, and I have NEVER seen Supergrass live. They are one of my favorite bands. Just play one show in California, anywhere, I'll drive out to see it. I can't afford the trip to the UK just yet. You've got fans out here, so don't discriminate! Haha, anyway, consider it, please. The US needs some brit influence.

(the exact date please!)By the way Dave, why don't you put the most recent messages at the top?(P.S. Love the new album and looking forward to finally seeing you in January - only 9 years late!)

Hello. I was in my art lesson today, drawing away, bored out of my brain, when suddenly an acoustic version of sun hits the sky was on the radio. Thank you for making one of my art lessons exciting by pumping on the art departments stereo. That has to be the highlight of my christmas. Oh, what a thrilling life I lead (she saids being sarcastic).

Hi there! The Amsterdam-gig was NOT great! The hall sucked and Gaz wasn't too happy either! Seen many far better ones since 1995. Better go back to headlin-gigs @ smaller clubs in future.Instead of answering me, spam info@ns.nl with 'FUCK YOU' for fuckin' up traffic, making many fans missing the concert at all!Cheers! Leo.

merry xmas to all!! can't wait to hear more from you guys in the coming year. If there was one highlight for me in the year 2002 it was seeing you guys for my birthday with my best friend. We both had a really good time as i have already pointed out many times with my previous messages in this humble guestbook, but i really really really really did truelly love that day. Also the best album of the year for me was 'life on other planets' as i don't think any other album this year has made me smile and generally feel happy quite as much as that one!see you in the new year! ta ta for now xxxx
